Welcome
Southern Behaviour Support provides behavioural assessments and intervention plans. Our work is based on a non-aversive method of behaviour change strategies.
A large part of our role is to provide training and education to families, whanau, carer support families, and community agencies working with children and their families.
We also recognise the difficulties in finding carer support families and assist our clients in the recruitment of a suitable family.
Once a family is found, they continue to receive on-going training in behaviour change strategies and the child’s individual behaviour plan.
Mission Statement
"Supporting the families we work with to make changes that help them grow, learn, and embrace life"
